International Trade Compliance Specialist

What you will do

• Review product descriptions and technical data to determine import and export classifications under government standards.
• Create and administer internal audit processes for accurate classifications and import entries.
• Respond to customs brokers, government agencies, internal and external customers, and vendors regarding international shipments.
• Research regulatory issues, licenses, and government requirements and develop related processes.
• Manage trade compliance programs, including follow-up, process improvements, internal communication, team training, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous compliance or legal analyst experience is preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• All positions are on-site.
• New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
