Audit Manager (Legal Services)

What you will do

• Manage internal audit projects and support execution of the audit strategy.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop audit plans, and evaluate internal controls.
• Assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established controls.
• Recommend improvements to processes, controls, risk management, and operational effectiveness.
• Communicate audit findings to senior leaders and stakeholders while supporting remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with external auditors and business partners, and lead or mentor audit team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience is preferred; Certified Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
