Manual QA (Web and Mobile Testing)

Location: Remote from Romania; candidates must be based in Romania. The role requires an independent contractor agreement and a Romanian SRL or PFA entity for B2B collaboration.

Salary: €100–€500 per day, based on experience.

What you will do

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, report, and track defects while collaborating with developers on fixes.
• Monitor testing progress and maintain QA documentation.
• Build product knowledge to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Continuously improve quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, processes, and Agile development practices.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with defect tracking and test case management tools, including JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic queries, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
