SVP of Data Platforms and AI

Location: 100% remote; listed locations include the United States and Germany

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 gross per year

hirify.global is presenting an executive opportunity with a leading enterprise organization focused on data platforms, analytics, and AI capabilities.

What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term product vision and roadmap for enterprise data platforms, BI, analytics, and AI/ML products.
• Lead strategy across data warehouses, data lakes, semantic layers, ingestion pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Drive self-service analytics, executive reporting, embedded analytics, and decision-support capabilities.
• Own the AI/ML product portfolio, including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, retrieval systems, and generative AI experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Design, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
• Build and scale product organizations while communicating priorities, roadmap progress, KPIs, and business outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years leading product organizations at VP or SVP level.
• Proven experience leading enterprise data platform, analytics, or AI/ML product initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI/ML products into production environments.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional product organizations.
