F5 Professional Services Consultant (F5)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid work with on-site and remote responsibilities. Applicants must be Saudi Arabian nationals.

What you will do

• Define system architectures and hardware/software specifications, then design, implement, test, document, and deploy F5 solutions.
• Deliver F5 consulting engagements, including installations, migrations, upgrades, configurations, iRules creation, security updates, and troubleshooting.
• Use F5 BIG-IP for deployment automation and orchestration, and develop cloud deployment strategies.
• Provide engineering expertise in application security, including L7 WAF capabilities and mitigation of DoS and BOT attacks.
• Lead client training, technology health checks, solution delivery, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support project delivery through status reporting, time tracking, scope coordination, and expectation management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the architecture and design of network or system infrastructure, including performance and management.
• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience as a consultant or engineer.
• At least 3 years of experience with F5 LTM, GTM, DNS, Viprion, and iRules.
• Essential experience configuring AFM with IP Intelligence (IPI).
• Strong understanding of OSI layers 5–7, HTTP, SSL certificates, and web server administration.
• Experience with Apache or Microsoft Internet Information Services; F5 certifications 101, 201, 301a, 301b, and 302 or above are advantageous.
