AI Fullstack Software Developer (AI/web/cloud): Building AI-enhanced web and cloud applications end to end, from React and Next.js interfaces through Node.js or Spring Boot backend logic and databases, with an accent on LLM integration, AI APIs, and RAG systems. Focus on designing REST and GraphQL APIs, applying AI-assisted development with Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot, and maintaining performance and software quality.

Location: Lichtenberg/Linz; onsite, hybrid, or remote work models available.

What you will do

Develop AI-enhanced web and cloud applications with React, Next.js, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
Integrate LLMs, AI APIs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic, as well as RAG systems.
Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain software quality.
Collaborate in agile teams serving clients across Europe.

Requirements

Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and at least one backend framework, such as Node.js or Spring Boot.
Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, including React and Next.js.
Practical experience with AI SDKs, LLM integration, or RAG systems.
Confidence with REST or GraphQL, databases, and cloud services.
Structured approach to work and strong teamwork skills.
Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
