Cyber Review Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Hyderabad, India — Sohini Tech Park, 3rd Floor, Financial District

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 USD annually, with possible annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact for cyber incident response review projects.
• Design project workflows for data mining and capturing information from exfiltrated data.
• Set deliverables and timelines, create workflow protocols and training guidelines, and manage client expectations.
• Administer review workflows, including assignments, fields, rules, choices, and access security.
• Perform quality control using statistical sampling, advanced searches, custom scripts, and query logs.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, accuracy, and budget performance while leading and training attorney and non-attorney review teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project or review management experience.
• Extensive experience administering review databases, including Relativity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas, pivot tables, and formatting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading client meetings and conference calls.
• Strong issue-spotting, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience delivering difficult projects on time and within budget.
