Overview
Lead and build a high-performing People team in a fast-paced, technology product-based startup. Report to COO and shape company culture, talent strategy, and HR operations globally.
What you will do
- Align talent strategies with business objectives to drive success
- Lead large-scale initiatives and build HR systems and processes from scratch
- Develop strategies for talent attraction and retention
- Implement and leverage advanced HR technologies
- Ensure employee relations and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in technology product-based startups
- Experience with global teams and remote/hybrid work cultures
- Strong expertise in HR technologies, regulatory compliance, and process design
