Overview

Lead and build a high-performing People team in a fast-paced, technology product-based startup. Report to COO and shape company culture, talent strategy, and HR operations globally.

What you will do

• Align talent strategies with business objectives to drive success
• Lead large-scale initiatives and build HR systems and processes from scratch
• Develop strategies for talent attraction and retention
• Implement and leverage advanced HR technologies
• Ensure employee relations and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in technology product-based startups
• Experience with global teams and remote/hybrid work cultures
• Strong expertise in HR technologies, regulatory compliance, and process design
