Warehouse Department Manager

Location: On-site at the Kenosha Branch, 12355 hirify.global Way, Kenosha, WI 53144

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily operations for a designated warehouse department, such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, or Transfers.
• Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse personnel.
• Create schedules and operational plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Maintain accuracy and customer service standards across department operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• All positions are on-site. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
