Location: Hybrid position based at the SCE facility in Pomona, California; employees are generally required to work and reside in California.
Salary: $129,200β$193,700 per year

What you will do
- Supervise staff and oversee GIS data processing and management to maintain accurate, complete, and organized geospatial datasets.
- Manage GIS and asset databases across desktop, mobile, and cloud applications, including the development of maps and digital products.
- Lead data collection, mapping services, technical research, analysis, and coordination with GIS providers.
- Oversee asset data remediation, E2 record corrections, EAD initiatives, CPUC compliance, and master data governance activities.
- Supervise the design and coding of tools that integrate data across platforms and improve analysis visualizations and workflows.
- Prepare project status reports and manage staff time, business objectives, and project communications.
Requirements
- At least four years of combined experience performing or supervising GIS work and/or analyzing data.
- Experience with GIS and asset databases, geospatial data management, technical analysis, and data integrity practices.
- Ability to lead staff, manage workloads, and coordinate projects and service providers.
- Ability to protect physical, financial, cybersecurity, customer, medical, proprietary, and other sensitive information.
Nice to have
- Bachelorβs degree in Geography, Environmental Science, or Computer Science with an emphasis in GIS.
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS 10.0 or higher, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Survey123, Field Maps, Web AppBuilder, and Experience Builder.
- Experience leading teams, special projects, or mentorship initiatives.
- Specialized GIS education or certification.
