Mental Health Therapist (AI)

Location: Wake Forest and Rawls, North Carolina; full-time residence in the United States required

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, from mild presentations to complex and severe conditions.
• Deliver care through private or group practice, with a strong preference for in-person sessions.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to clinical crises when needed.
• Use Lyra’s provider platform for scheduling, billing, invoicing, and client matching.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Experience with measurement-based care, skills practice, and clinical best practices.
• Ability to provide care in North Carolina and maintain office space for client sessions.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
