Occupational Health Doctor (Intern)

Location: Teparuk, Thailand. On-site role with no travel.

hirify.global operates a manufacturing site in Teparuk producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Study night-shift health risks, including fatigue, sleep quality, lifestyle habits, and common health concerns.
• Improve medical emergency response by identifying MERT competency gaps, clarifying first-responder responsibilities, and designing refresher training and drills.
• Support occupational health legal evaluations, compliance reviews, medical surveillance, fit-to-work processes, and workflow improvements.
• Analyze occupational health, training, ergonomic, fit-for-duty, and emergency-response data; prepare reports and present recommendations to management.
• Conduct fit-for-duty physical assessments and recommend workplace accommodations or adjustments.
• Deliver training on ergonomics, night-shift health, compliance, fit-for-duty requirements, and emergency response.

Requirements

• Medical experience in occupational health, with 1–3 years of experience including at least one year in an industrial environment.
• Experience or interest in conducting workplace health assessments and evaluations.
• Skills in data analysis, reporting, presentations, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Strong intercultural awareness, organizational sensitivity, collaboration, resourcefulness, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Teparuk facility in Thailand.
