Head of South, Commercial Property

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work with office attendance 2–3 days per week

Salary: $212,000–$318,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver the annual business plan for the commercial property portfolio.
• Lead product strategy, pricing, portfolio management, and profitable growth initiatives.
• Underwrite insurance risks in line with business plans, underwriting standards, and delegated authority.
• Oversee the country P&L for designated business lines and manage resources effectively.
• Analyze portfolio performance and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
• Build stakeholder relationships and manage team performance in line with company processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Senior-level insurance underwriting experience.
• Leadership, portfolio management, distribution, and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to convert analysis into business strategy and demonstrate customer centricity.
• Experience overseeing the development of digital delivery.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
