Senior Product Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Bellevue, WA; San Francisco, CA; or Sunnyvale, CA. The role requires access to export-controlled information, so applicants must be eligible under U.S. Government export regulations.

Base salary: $182,000–$242,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Drive the W&B Models roadmap for organizing, comparing, and understanding machine learning experiments.
• Improve visualization and monitoring of training runs, including loss curves, system metrics, evaluations, and anomalies across web and mobile.
• Make model evaluations a first-class part of experiment tracking across runs, training steps, and row-level results.
• Define scalable analysis experiences for experiment histories ranging from dozens to thousands of runs, including AI-assisted analysis.
• Conduct user research with frontier lab researchers and practitioners and translate findings into product decisions.
• Own product execution from problem definition through launch and iteration, using usage data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with technical products for developer or researcher audiences.
• Hands-on experience training models or close familiarity with machine learning researchers' workflows.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and product design for charts, dashboards, and comparison views.
• Technical fluency sufficient to read training scripts, discuss evaluation methodology, and participate in architecture discussions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineering, design, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information under applicable regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with experiment tracking tools, enterprise ML platforms, or fine-tuning services such as SageMaker, Vertex, Databricks, Together, or Fireworks.
• Public technical writing about machine learning, including papers, conference talks, or blog posts.
• Experience conducting user research or engaging with developer communities.
• Participation in AI-focused technical communities.
