UX Researcher (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Develop and execute user research strategies for customer-facing eCommerce channels and internal applications.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including market and competitive analysis.
• Identify customer needs, usability opportunities, and areas for digital experience improvement.
• Create research plans, deliverables, and presentations that communicate insights and guide business decisions.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, business teams, and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design or Research, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site; all positions are on-site.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
