Global Immigration Manager

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $136,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead global immigration strategy, policy, scalable frameworks, and governance aligned with business and talent goals.
• Oversee global immigration operations, including direct accountability for US immigration compliance and delivery.
• Manage and develop immigration professionals while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and People Operations on workforce mobility.
• Manage vendor performance, improve processes, and develop scalable immigration initiatives.
• Lead immigration due diligence for M&A and new-market expansion and advise global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of global immigration experience across multiple jurisdictions, including the US and EMEA.
• Experience leading immigration programs in multinational, fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing and developing immigration professionals and driving vendor accountability.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Integrity, adaptability, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
