Focus on integrating end-to-end value chain capabilities, leading complex technology organizations, optimizing major investment portfolios, and delivering measurable operational outcomes.
Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy for manufacturing, supply chain, and product engineering.
- Lead digital transformation and adoption of IoT, AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital platforms.
- Drive technology integration across manufacturing, supply chain, product engineering, and commercial interfaces.
- Build and lead a high-performing technology organization, including its talent, capabilities, culture, and operating model.
- Oversee strategic digital initiative delivery, governance, execution discipline, and realization of business benefits.
- Own major technology investments and portfolios while aligning executive stakeholders around priorities and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven leadership of enterprise-scale digital transformation in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or product engineering environments.
- Experience leading large, complex technology organizations through transformation, capability building, and operating model evolution.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, supply chain platforms, data and analytics, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
- Ability to manage major investment portfolios, prioritize strategic trade-offs, and connect technology decisions to measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Equivalent senior enterprise leadership experience.
