Location: On-site in New York, NY, United States
Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus benefits and discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Provide administrative support through phone management, meeting coordination across multiple time zones, calendar and travel management, expense reports, and correspondence.
- Manage client invoicing, accounting, records, and correspondence with clients and executives.
- Conduct research, data analysis, special projects, and industry monitoring.
- Prepare client pitch materials and assist with submissions.
- Support contract negotiations and track contract status.
- Read scripts, attend shows, provide feedback, and assist with new client discovery and signing.
Requirements
- At least one year of full-time experience in entertainment, film, television, theatre, or an adjacent industry.
- Knowledge of and interest in the theatre community.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, communication, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, demanding, and changing environment.
- BA/BS from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
