Product Tooling & Documentation Intern (AI)

Location: Tunis, hybrid

hirify.global is a Sweden-founded software company developing AI-enabled cloud-based spend management and accounts payable solutions.

What you will do

• Audit the product tooling stack by mapping tools, usage, costs, and overlap.
• Propose and execute a rationalized tooling architecture with the VP of Product and design and engineering teams.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted documentation, migration, content conversion, and automation workflows.
• Update Helpdocs and SuccessPortal content for the hirify.global Expense rebrand, including screenshots, GIFs, UI labels, and terminology.
• Track documentation coverage and outdated content across modules and audiences.
• Document the new tooling setup and maintain migration and documentation workflows for the hirify.global Suite Design System transition.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in product management, information systems, UX, business technology, or a related field.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot and explaining how to apply them to specific tasks.
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to manage a structured backlog autonomously.
• Strong written communication in English required.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and proactively flag blockers.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS documentation tools such as Intercom Articles, Zendesk Guide, Notion, or Confluence.
• Familiarity with product management tooling ecosystems.
• Basic Python or JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience with screen-capture and GIF creation tools.
• French language skills.
