Implementation Specialist (Financial Analytics)

Location: Hybrid, with locations in Austin, Boston, New York, Norwalk, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Toronto.

Salary: $92,000–$100,000 annually in California, Connecticut, and New York; CAD 92,000–100,000 annually in Toronto.

What you will do

• Deploy and optimize hirify.global products for client organizations through implementation and solution projects.
• Configure Analytics modules, integrate data, validate data quality, and build user reports and interfaces.
• Define implementation scope, effort estimates, workflow specifications, and custom report requirements.
• Provide functional and technical guidance based on client needs and coordinate with implementation project managers and technical integration staff.
• Train clients, support users during implementation, and facilitate the transition to support.
• Partner with Product Development and Engineering to improve products and identify additional client opportunities.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working with hirify.global Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background and proficiency in writing complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use hirify.global Analytics and Performance Solutions products.
• Detail orientation, initiative, ownership, and the ability to understand both technical details and the broader context.
• Willingness to travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or another relevant industry certification.
