Senior Product Manager, KYB (Stablecoins)

Location: London — hybrid or New York — hybrid; fully remote work is also offered through the hybrid working schedule.

What you will do

• Set the multi-year KYB product strategy and roadmap across partner, direct, and partner-mediated business onboarding.
• Own the KYB funnel, including pass rate, verification time, manual review rate, drop-off, approval speed, and rejection quality.
• Design the KYB API surface covering statuses, webhooks, document submission, rejection reasons, retry semantics, and resubmission flows.
• Turn compliance-approved onboarding matrices into product logic for US and non-US requirements, enhanced due diligence, risk classification, prohibited industries, and Travel Rule capture.
• Manage verification-provider strategy, including SumSub, vendor performance, automation, cost per verification, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Coordinate KYB with KYC, banking-provider onboarding, Issuance partner diligence, and multiple payment rails.

Requirements

• Principal-level product management experience with substantial KYB or KYC depth across onboarding, identity, verification, or risk platforms.
• Experience taking an unowned product surface from first principles through delivery with high autonomy.
• Strong understanding of API-first B2B products, partner integrations, business onboarding, UBO requirements, and verification workflows.
• Experience managing verification vendors such as SumSub, Persona, or equivalent providers.
• Ability to use AI tools daily for analysis, prototyping, and drafting, and to run product queries independently.
• Fluency in funnel metrics including pass rate, time-to-verified, manual review rate, and cost per verification.
