What you will do
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of software projects for semiconductor products and development initiatives.
- Coordinate software engineering, hardware engineering, validation, quality, product management, and operations teams.
- Track schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and project status across workstreams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and status reviews.
- Support requirements tracking, development planning, validation coordination, release readiness, and change control.
- Drive communication, accountability, process consistency, and continuous improvement across project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting or managing technical or software development projects in semiconductor, embedded software, or related engineering environments.
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, project scheduling, risk tracking, dependency management, and cross-functional execution.
- Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies and Agile team ceremonies is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and business stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor product development, embedded systems, firmware, or platform software.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting releases, validation planning, or cross-functional software delivery.
