TL;DR
Logistics Engineer (SAP/Process Improvement): Coordinating warehouse disturbances and improving logistics operations with an accent on root-cause analysis, packaging and cleanliness standards, master data, and stakeholder management. Focus on driving solve-and-prevent initiatives, leading RCA meetings, developing standardized tools for new product introductions, and preventing recurring operational issues.
Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands. Hybrid work with work from home limited to a maximum of one day per week; full-time dayshift position.

What you will do
- Drive solve-and-prevent activities to reduce disturbances in Logistics Operations, including Tier 1 performance meetings and data preparation.
- Analyze disturbance notifications and C4C incidents, identify root causes, and drive structural solutions.
- Lead or participate in process-flow improvement projects and visualize improvement opportunities.
- Maintain documentation and master data for packaging instructions, packaging strategies, cleanliness codes, reuse indicators, SAP routings, and H&T interfaces.
- Develop and standardize logistics tools, processes, and work instructions for new product introductions in collaboration with D&E and NPI Engineers.
- Facilitate RCA meetings and incident follow-up while sharing knowledge and standardizing processes across the Disturbance Management department.
Requirements
- Higher technical education or an equivalent level of professional experience.
- At least three years of or relevant engineering or support experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate root causes and summarize issues clearly.
- Experience or affinity with data analytics, visualization, process-flow charts, routings, process parameters, work preparation, and operational indicators.
- Knowledge of SAP and strong stakeholder-management skills.
- Adequate English language skills in speech and writing are required.
