Location: Hybrid, with positions available in Austin, Boston, New York, Norwalk, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Toronto. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Salary: $92,000–$100,000 annually in California, Connecticut, and New York; $92,000–$100,000 CAD annually in Toronto. Salary ranges may differ in other locations.

What you will do
- Deploy and optimize products through high-value implementation projects and client engagements.
- Manage implementation scope, effort estimates, client-facing communication, and project transitions to support.
- Configure Analytics modules, integrate and validate data, and build end-user reports and interfaces.
- Create workflow and custom report specifications and provide direction to technical integration staff.
- Provide product guidance, user training, implementation support, and solutions for sophisticated investment users.
- Partner with Product Development and Engineering to improve products and identify additional client opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with Analytics tools.
- Strong technical background and proficiency in writing complex screening codes.
- Understanding of how clients use Analytics and Performance Solutions products.
- Ability to communicate investment principles and their application in the financial industry.
- Detail orientation, initiative, ownership, and the ability to understand both strategic context and implementation details.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to have
- CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or another relevant industry certification.
