Location: On-site in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, at Camp Humphreys

What you will do

  • Support Army INSCOM resource planning, programming, budgeting, execution, financial operations, and oversight.
  • Prepare, review, analyze, coordinate, and maintain documentation and databases used in DoD resource management systems.
  • Support manpower programming, budget execution reporting, resource allocation, and civilian resource management.
  • Use or maintain data related to the General Fund Enterprise Business System and current-year funds execution.
  • Review procurement requests, MIPRs, and UFRs and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide management, accounting, data package, organization agreement, DTS, and GTC support as needed.

Requirements

  • Active or current Top Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility is required and must be verifiable in DISS.
  • Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of DoD financial management experience in lieu of the degree.
  • At least five years of DoD financial management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with GFEBS is preferred.
  • Complete Fiscal Law, PPBE, and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrival.
  • Communicate effectively with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
