Engineering Manager (Driver Apps)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid work with at least 12 in-office days per month

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team in the DriverX domain.
• Drive development of flexible native iOS and Android flows for Driver Apps.
• Build solutions that help more than one million driver partners understand data and improve productivity.
• Address architectural, scaling, performance, reliability, market, and regulatory challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Operations on priorities, roadmaps, and delivery.
• Manage team growth and performance through hiring, mentoring, and constructive feedback.

Requirements

• At least two years of people-management experience in a technology environment.
• Proven experience in team and stakeholder management.
• Software development experience, preferably in a product-based company.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and use metrics to guide priorities and product improvements.
• Experience contributing to ROI-driven product roadmaps and leading initiatives end to end.
• Ability to motivate teams, attract talent, and foster a high-performing engineering culture.
