Director of Go-to-Market Engineering (AI Automation)

Location: Berlin or London; based within commuting distance of a hub and working in person three days per week

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s GTM Engineering architecture across CRM, enrichment, signals, sequencing, orchestration, data, and AI agent layers.
• Define the tooling strategy, roadmap, engineering standards, documentation, testing, monitoring, and rollback practices.
• Design and build production workflows in Clay, including enrichment, AI columns, webhooks, API integrations, and orchestration logic.
• Build agentic workflows for research, qualification, summarization, data entry, prospecting, CRM automation, and account intelligence.
• Translate commercial problems into technical solutions and measure their impact on prospecting, pipeline conversion, seller productivity, and account management.
• Lead and develop a small senior team across Europe and North America while remaining hands-on in implementation.

Requirements

• Deep experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or a related technical commercial function in B2B SaaS.
• Proven delivery of GTM Engineering systems at scale for hundreds of sellers, combining hands-on building with leadership.
• Production expertise with Clay and strong Salesforce fluency, including data models and integration patterns.
• Working proficiency in at least one of Python, SQL, SOQL, TypeScript, or an equivalent programming language.
• Experience designing scalable architectures with monitoring, validation, recovery, version control, and documentation.
• English is the official office language, and the role requires working from within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing a GTM Engineering function at a high-growth SaaS company, ideally above $100M ARR.
• Experience taking automation programs from pilot to global production.
• Multi-region GTM experience across EMEA and North America.
• Experience with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, 6sense, Outreach, Salesloft, n8n, Workato, Snowflake, dbt, BigQuery, and LLM or agent platforms.
