Project Manager

Location: Remote; candidates considered from anywhere in the world. Working hours are 8:30 am–5:00 pm New York time.

What you will do

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to completion in ClickUp.
• Coordinate with clients, address their needs, and resolve project issues.
• Maintain customer data in HubSpot.
• Ensure high-quality execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and scheduling departments.
• Communicate with native speakers in B2C and B2B contexts.

Requirements

• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Engineering education or strong engineering experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to overcome client objections.
• Proficiency with software and digital tools.
• Availability to work 8:30 am–5:00 pm New York time.
