Annual base pay: $185,100–$277,700, with potential incentive compensation, bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define integration architecture, standards, platforms, and patterns across cloud and on-premises enterprise systems.
• Own the long-term health and governance of the integration estate connecting hundreds of applications.
• Lead architecture for APIs, event streaming, ETL/ELT pipelines, change data capture, and real-time data integration.
• Set identity federation, service-to-service authentication, and workload identity patterns across SaaS and hybrid-cloud systems.
• Partner with platform, security, and application teams to establish reference architectures, paved roads, and exception processes.
• Apply AI/ML to enterprise workflows, agentic automation, copilots, and intelligent process automation.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise, integration, or solutions architecture, including 5+ years owning integration strategy for complex multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
• Expertise in applied AI/ML for enterprise workflows and business processes.
• Hands-on ownership of Dell Boomi, including process design, Atom and Molecule deployment topology, environment promotion, and governance.
• Deep experience with Informatica, API management, and event streaming platforms such as Kafka, Confluent, or Pub/Sub.
• Experience designing data integration across ETL/ELT, CDC, and real-time streaming patterns.
• Strong command of identity federation and service-to-service authentication across SaaS, internal systems, and hybrid cloud.

Nice to have

• Integration strategy and execution experience for M&A, including system integration, data migration, and application rationalization.
• Boomi or Informatica certifications.
• Experience establishing an Integration Center of Excellence with reusable patterns and developer tooling.
• Knowledge of master data management, especially Informatica MDM, and enterprise-scale event-driven architecture.
• Earlier hands-on experience as an integration developer.
