Principal Flutter Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Design architecture and develop business features for core iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to implement design mockups and deliver smooth user interactions.
• Lead Flutter performance optimization, including rendering frame rates, app size, memory leaks, stability, and loading speed.
• Develop hybrid Flutter and native iOS/Android solutions for specific business scenarios.
• Package and maintain custom plugins, participate in code reviews, and promote mobile engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Dart language features and Flutter UI rendering mechanisms, widget lifecycle, and UI components.
• Professional experience with Flutter state management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Familiarity with native Android development using Java or Kotlin, or iOS development using Objective-C or Swift.
• Ability to write and maintain platform channels effectively.
• Proficiency with Git, strong communication skills, collaboration, and curiosity about emerging technologies.
