We're looking for a strong specialist to lead the Japanese market direction on our project — the team has been running for several years, and now we're growing!

💼 What you'll be doing:
✅ Sourcing Japanese traffic channels (fintech, crypto, binary options)
✅ Initially — deputy to the current head of direction, later — full independent management
✅ Managing a team of 2 Japanese local employees
✅ Developing and scaling new traffic channels

🎯 What we're looking for:
🔹 Experience in binary options, crypto, or related fields
🔹 Good level of English
🔹 Experience with the Japanese market — a big plus, but not required (we'll train you!)
🔹 Leadership qualities and the ability to find growth opportunities
🔹 Relevant experience (affiliate marketing, team lead roles, etc.)
