What you will do
- Design and implement Python or Go automated tests for functional and performance validation.
- Maintain and improve test suites to increase reliability, coverage, and product quality.
- Test REST APIs and validate system behavior in isolated environments and at scale.
- Extend internal test libraries and testing tools to improve reuse and execution efficiency.
- Execute test suites, analyze results, and identify functional defects and performance regressions.
- Participate in code reviews and document tests, libraries, and tools for knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software development or test automation focused on backend services.
- Strong proficiency in Golang or Python for automated tests, shared libraries, and internal tools.
- Hands-on experience testing REST APIs, including authentication, error handling, pagination, and rate limits.
- Experience generating synthetic files and diverse test data, including malformed, edge-case, and high-volume inputs.
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix-based systems, Git, code review workflows, and bug tracking tools.
- Strong Intermediate English is required for effective communication.
