Data Analyst (RAM)

Location: Hungary; hybrid work with 50% office and 50% home office in Budapest

What you will do

• Analyze fleet operational datasets to assess reliability, availability, and maintainability performance.
• Perform statistical analyses of asset operation, failures, downtime, and other RAM metrics.
• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from operational databases using Python and SQL.
• Build repeatable and scalable RAM analyses and contribute to reusable analytical methods.
• Create data visualizations and reports that communicate insights to engineering and management.
• Collaborate with reliability engineering, digital engineering, and product development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, reliability engineering, or asset performance analytics.
• Strong Python proficiency for data analysis, including pandas, numpy, plotly, and dash.
• SQL skills for querying and joining complex datasets, including experience with operational databases.
• Experience working with time-series and event-based data, plus a good understanding of statistics.
• Ability to structure and document analytical methods and translate complex data into clear engineering insights.
