What you will do

• Architect AI-driven systems for continuous validation of policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop predictive analytics models to identify compliance risks, resilience gaps, and emerging vulnerabilities.
• Deploy agentic AI and autonomous monitoring systems to simulate resilience scenarios and recommend corrective actions.
• Transform audits and control testing through anomaly detection, automated reporting, and real-time validation.
• Apply AI-powered benchmarking and architecture intelligence to assess resilience, scalability, compliance alignment, and organizational maturity.
• Advise executives, regulators, and operational leaders while defining a 3–5 year AI assurance roadmap.

Requirements

• Expertise in big data platforms, machine learning, data visualization, Python, Spark, Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of current LLM models, integrations, prompt engineering, and platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
• Proven experience deploying agentic AI, autonomous monitoring systems, and AI-driven compliance solutions.
• Understanding of IT architecture, cloud environments, and resilience engineering.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and regulatory standards is beneficial.
