Lead .NET Fullstack Engineer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems using Microsoft technologies.
• Manage the full engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, code review, deployment, and post-release support.
• Develop scalable APIs, responsive front-end applications, and cloud-integrated services.
• Deploy and operate solutions in Azure or AWS environments.
• Debug complex production issues and optimize application performance, security, observability, and reliability.

Requirements

• U.S. work eligibility is required; U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications; the posting also states 6+ years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API, including dependency injection, async/await, and middleware design.
• Hands-on front-end development with Angular, React, or similar component-driven frameworks, plus strong SQL Server experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure or AWS deployments, debugging, performance optimization, and enterprise-scale reliability and security.

Nice to have

• Production experience with microservices and distributed system design.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.
• Experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar release-management platforms.
