Compensation: $32.00 CAD per hour, payable in common shares of the corporation at fair market value

What you will do
- Provide IT support to clients and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation processes for internal teams and clients.
- Manage and monitor systems to maintain performance and security.
- Configure hardware, software, and network systems for clients.
- Create and maintain documentation for technical processes, configurations, and solutions.
- Research and implement tools that improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or automation.
- Proficiency with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python.
- Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
