TL;DR
IMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/45001): Planning, conducting, and reporting on third-party audits against international quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards with an accent on integrated management systems and risk-based auditing. Focus on identifying non-conformities, recommending corrective actions, verifying implementation, and guiding teams on compliance best practices.

What you will do

  • Lead and conduct third-party audits in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Develop audit plans, checklists, and accurate compliance reports.
  • Assess organizational adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation.
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance and best practices.
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Proven experience conducting third-party audits.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines with high attention to detail and integrity.
  • Pre-employment checks may include identity, right-to-work, employment history, education, and criminal-record verification where permitted by local law.

Nice to have

  • Mining or similar heavy industrial sector experience.
  • Lead Auditor certification for Energy or ISO 14064/verifier certification.
  • Strong understanding of risk-based auditing and integrated management systems.
