Customer Support for Spain

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia, or remote from Slovakia

Salary: 1,200 EUR gross per month plus bonuses

What you will do

• Support Spanish-speaking customers through inbound phone and email channels, with phone communication comprising approximately 90% of interactions.
• Advise customers on the product portfolio, orders, and returns.
• Act as the first-level contact and forward or edit inquiries for the Back Office.
• Manage consumer marketplaces including eBay and Amazon.
• Process and document customer inquiries and cooperate with internal departments.

Requirements

• Spanish proficiency at C1 level; native-level Spanish is expected.
• English at C1 level or Slovak at C1 level.
• Secondary education with a school-leaving examination or higher education.
• Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, self-motivation, and a collaborative approach.
• Negotiation skills.
• Customer support experience is an advantage but is not required; the position is suitable for fresh graduates.
