Social Media Content Creator Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid or remote; the company is based in Toronto and operates at Office146 in Etobicoke.

Compensation: $32 per hour.

What you will do

• Create written, visual, and short-form video content, including posts, reels, and event highlights.
• Manage and schedule content across hirify.global’s social media channels.
• Support campaigns for events, partnerships, and startup programs with platform-appropriate copy and assets.
• Monitor audience interactions, respond to messages, and build an engaged community.
• Track reach, engagement, and other performance metrics, then optimize content strategies based on the results.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual presentation while collaborating with the marketing team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in social media management or content creation, with examples of work to show.
• Ability to produce platform-appropriate written, visual, and short-form video content.
• Strong attention to brand voice and visual consistency across a high volume of posts.
• Comfort reading engagement data and adjusting content plans accordingly.
• Interest in AI, startups, social media trends, and digital marketing, together with curiosity and willingness to learn.
