Flex Videographer (SPV)

Pay: $28.75–$46.25 per hour

What you will do

• Set up daily video shoots with cameras, audio, lighting, and fixtures according to program guidelines.
• Ensure proper lighting, focus, framing, and audio quality for videos and b-roll.
• Work with the Associate Producer to guide salespeople and stylists in creating engaging content.
• Manage audio, audit content while filming, and back up and upload footage after each shift.
• Maintain video and audio equipment and communicate repair or replacement needs.
• Assist with product preparation and shipping and occasionally support crew training or onboarding.

Requirements

• Five years of audio and video production experience.
• Three years of experience working in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds of video equipment and props.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, quick decision-making, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree focused on audio and video production.
