Consulting Associate - Energy & Industrial

What you will do

• Own and manage a key work module or a small 1–2-person consulting project.
• Lead client teams and structure analyses addressing critical business questions.
• Execute consulting engagements end to end, from scoping and hypothesis development to insight delivery and presentation.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, market analysis, benchmarking, competitor analysis, and financial analysis.
• Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Support business development by preparing proposals, discussing methodologies with clients, and delivering client pitches.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or technology; a Master’s or PhD is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of analyst or consulting experience in a consulting or advisory services environment.
• Business-level fluency in English and the ability to research and write coherent professional content.
• Foundational knowledge of the energy or industrial sector, including industry structures, operations, and competitive landscapes.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, client-handling, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to plan quantitative and qualitative research independently.
