Senior HR Generalist

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders across field and corporate functions to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and M&A-related people selection.
• Lead talent reviews, development conversations, onboarding, and upskilling initiatives.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and coach managers on leadership and conflict resolution.
• Support performance management, compensation, recognition, pay equity, and workforce analytics initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and serve as a functional expert in Workday HCM, auditing data and improving HR processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience advising leaders and resolving employee relations matters.
• High integrity, discretion, judgment, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project management experience and the ability to lead initiatives independently.
• HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Workday.
• Experience supporting corporate, field-based, exempt, and hourly employees.
• Experience in oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Experience with M&A integration or organizational change management.
