What you will do

• Plan, configure, and launch operations events, seasons, and limited-time merge events.
• Track participation, retention, and monetization conversion data, then prepare post-event reviews and optimization proposals.
• Monitor in-game economy systems, including resource output, consumption, and monetization touchpoints.
• Coordinate with the economy team on tuning and maintain the operations calendar for target markets.
• Collect player feedback and competitor insights to support operations iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; any major is acceptable, with Business, Data, Media, Communications, or Computer Science preferred.
• Experience playing casual or merge games and the ability to deconstruct their systems.
• Basic data analysis skills, including the ability to read operations funnels and retention curves.
• Strong attention to detail, execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple configuration tasks.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in game operations, community management, or event planning.
• Familiarity with game economy systems or numerical frameworks.
• Multilingual ability for multi-market operations.
