What you will do
- Lead and manage project modules across strategy consulting engagements in industrial technology, manufacturing, and electronics-led sectors.
- Plan and conduct secondary research, primary interviews, market assessments, competitive benchmarking, customer analysis, opportunity evaluations, and market sizing.
- Break down business problems into workstreams, identify market drivers and challenges, and develop practical, evidence-backed recommendations.
- Translate analysis into presentation-ready slides, charts, tables, storylines, and written summaries.
- Coordinate internal consultants, analysts, associates, and external experts while tracking timelines, quality, and deliverables.
- Participate in client discussions, support proposals and negotiations, present findings, and guide junior analysts where required.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of analyst or consulting experience in a consulting or advisory services environment.
- A relevant degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or technology; a postgraduate degree is advantageous.
- Experience or strong interest in industrial technology and electronics-led manufacturing, including automation, electronics manufacturing, EMS/ODM, semiconductors, components, advanced manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Business-level English fluency is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage client decision-makers, present and defend analysis, manage project plans, coach team members, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
