TL;DR
AM/DM-Legal Contracts (Commercial Contracts and Corporate Advisory): Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial documents while supporting corporate advisory, transaction execution, and risk mitigation with an accent on contract management and cross-functional legal support. Focus on identifying contractual and legal risks, structuring business transactions, and developing practical solutions for complex requirements across business, finance, product, and compliance teams.

Location: On-site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

What you will do

  • Draft, review, red-line, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, letters, proposals, and related legal instruments.
  • Resolve contractual issues involving internal stakeholders, partners, service providers, and vendors.
  • Provide end-to-end legal ownership of assigned business transactions and support transaction structuring and execution.
  • Advise business, finance, product, compliance, and other cross-functional teams on legal and commercial matters.
  • Research proposed business models, identify risks in existing agreements, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Support updates to contract templates, legal processes, policies, and internal legal frameworks.

Requirements

  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
  • 3+ years of end-to-end contract management experience, including mandatory law firm experience.
  • Strong legal expertise, drafting, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Office tools.
