What you will do

• Design the end-to-end architecture for U.S. derivatives trading.
• Lead the selection of the clearing FCM, OMS, market-access providers, and connectivity model.
• Define the long-term build-versus-buy roadmap and systems of record.
• Lead integrations across OMS, margin, liquidation, funding, UI, KYC, market data, and risk systems.
• Own exchange connectivity, certification, production readiness, reconciliation, monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Recruit and lead the U.S. trading-technology team while managing vendor diligence, contracts, SLAs, and delivery.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in electronic trading or capital-markets technology.
• Prior experience working at a futures commission merchant (FCM) is required.
• Deep knowledge of listed derivatives and U.S. futures market structure.
• Experience with OMS, FIX, exchange connectivity, market data, and pre-trade risk.
• Understanding of the complete execution, clearing, and settlement lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical architecture and lead engineering, product, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in futures execution technology at a bank or FCM.
• Experience at an exchange, clearinghouse, OMS or market-access provider, futures-native brokerage, or regulated digital-asset platform.
