Applied AI Intern (Voice)

What you will do

• Evaluate and benchmark voice AI models, prompts, and pipelines using curated datasets.
• Build experimentation workflows to measure quality, latency, reliability, and model performance.
• Analyze errors and edge cases to identify failure modes and optimization opportunities.
• Develop reusable evaluation tools, benchmarking utilities, and automation.
• Document findings and provide recommendations for model and pipeline improvements.
• Research emerging AI, generative AI, and voice AI technologies for potential adoption.

Requirements

• Understanding of core AI and machine learning concepts, evaluation metrics, experimentation, and model benchmarking.
• Exposure to NLP, speech or voice AI, generative AI, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and learn through feedback.

Nice to have

• Backend application development experience with Node or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
