Focus on building microservices, evaluating emerging AI frameworks, integrating messaging platforms, and optimizing enterprise applications.

What you will do
- Develop GenAI-powered knowledge management solutions for the SeaTrack MES using LLMs and AI frameworks.
- Build AI-powered coding assistants that improve developer productivity.
- Design backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Java and modern software engineering practices.
- Develop messaging integrations and event-driven architectures for enterprise applications.
- Test, debug, optimize performance, and document technical designs and implementation practices.
- Research AI technologies and present prototypes, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Automation, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
- Knowledge of Java, object-oriented programming, REST APIs, web application development, Git, and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience or exposure to Python, AI frameworks, messaging technologies, cloud platforms, containers, vector databases, RAG, agentic AI workflows, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
