Salary: $87,000–$121,500 per year, with potential pay up to $139,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Design and own service, integration, and cloud architectures for enterprise AI platforms and systems.
• Build reusable infrastructure-as-code modules, automation frameworks, and policy-as-code controls.
• Design secure, compliant, and scalable integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Define SLOs and implement observability through telemetry pipelines, synthetic tests, and alerting.
• Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, post-incident improvements, and operational flow optimization.
• Document architecture decisions, technical designs, runbooks, and self-service patterns while forecasting capacity and cloud costs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or enterprise systems engineering, or 1+ years with a Master's degree.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Design-level experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, networking, storage, IAM, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar programming language, with experience building automation and making cost-aware recommendations.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise integration architecture, security controls, compliance, SLOs, observability, and operational improvements.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, AI-assisted operations, production guardrails, governance, monitoring, and enterprise AI copilot or knowledge-assistant platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with Glean, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience creating platform engineering standards, templates, golden paths, or internal developer platforms.
• Open-source infrastructure tooling contributions or experience embedding AI and automation into operational workflows.
• Familiarity with FinOps, unit economics, cost attribution, and workload-level cloud cost optimization.
