China Employee Advisor Leader

Location: Wujiang, Jiangsu, China; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Define the employee lifecycle experience strategy around moments that matter, process simplification, and technology upgrades.
• Build and manage a team delivering preboarding, onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and life-event support.
• Improve proactive internal employee communication and personalized HR support.
• Define and measure employee lifecycle experience and service-delivery metrics.
• Establish employee feedback channels and collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on experience improvements.
• Manage process compliance, efficiency, and vendors while promoting company culture and EVP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 8 years of HR experience.
• Solid HR functional knowledge and expertise, including mastery of China labor law and local regulations.
• Experience or exposure to employee experience initiatives and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Capabilities in data analytics, technology, change management, and project management.
